• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before date of arrival, there is no charge.
• In case of cancellation later than 21 days before the date of arrival 20% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the 100% of the reservation will be charged.

For Villas

• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival, there is no charge.
• In case of cancellation later than 30 days before the date of arrival 20% of the total amount will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the 100% of the reservation will be charged.
